Starting at Clinton Cove
Park on the Hudson River (entrance at West 55th Street), we will walk south on the
Hudson River Park Walkway, along the river. After crossing the West Side Highway,
we’ll walk north on 12th Avenue before returning to Clinton Cove. Wheelchair accessible.

while leashed dogs are allowed on the paths, you will need to keep them off the grass.
Patty Cavallo, Chair Patty Cavallo is the mother of three beautiful children, including Sienna, who passed away due to osteosarcoma in 2008. Patty is a tireless volunteer and fundraiser for Hope & Heroes, and has chaired the Walk since its inception. She also runs her own golf event, Sienna's ParTee, for Hope & Heroes
Avery Hoffman, Youth Chair Avery Hoffman is a 13 year old survivor of Stage 2 Burkitt's Lymphoma. Since finishing treatment, he has wasted no time returning to his favorite sports, as well as hanging out with his family and friends. His team was the top fundraising team at the 2nd Annual Hope & Heroes Walk and he's looking forward to helping other kids be successful in 2013!

Who is Hope & Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund? The fund is the exclusive charity of the Herbert Irving Child & Adolescent Oncology Center (HICAOC) at Columbia University Medical Center, one of the largest and most distinguished pediatric oncology programs in the United States.
The Walk's Purpose: Proceeds from the Walk will support exemplary patient care, research initiatives and specialized programs to assist patients and their families through the cancer experience at Columbia University Medical Center. Donations will give young patients free access to complementary and alternative medicine (massage, acupuncture, aromatherapy, etc.), counseling and emotional support, novel drugs through clinical trials for hard to treat pediatric cancers, and survivor wellness initiatives.
