Smiles For Melina
Ending childhood cancer and blood disorders is possible, together. That’s why team Smiles for Melina is participating in the 11th Annual Hope & Heroes Walk on Sunday, September 26, 2021.
Hope & Heroes funds the life-saving work on childhood cancer and blood disorders at Columbia University Irving Medical Center – including cutting-edge research, the newest and most advanced treatments, support for families, and care that always puts children first. Columbia is home to the largest and most comprehensive pediatric oncology & blood disorder programs in the country, treating over 1,500 patients a year with high-quality, compassionate care. The doctors and nurses at Columbia are the ones who took care of me 11 years ago when I was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder and needed a bone marrow transplant to save my life.
Funding from Hope & Heroes also ensures that every child, regardless of their ability to pay, gets the very best care.
Hope & Heroes and Columbia helped me through my medical journey, and now I want to give back and help other kids. That is why I'm asking you for your support.
DONATE TODAY using the link. No matter how big or small, every dollar makes a difference. You can also join team Smiles for Melina! The more people that participate, the bigger impact we will make.
