Help support kids with cancers and blood disorders!
Ending childhood cancer and blood disorders is possible, together.
That’s why I’m participating in the 12th Annual Hope & Heroes Walk on Saturday, September 10, 2022.
I have been volunteering at Sister Pat's Kids Camp since 2013, which serves children from the oncology and hematology floors of the New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. For the past ten summers, I've had the joy of meeting many children affected by cancers and blood disorders. In the process, I have learned how underfunded and understudied pediatric cancers and blood disorders, namely sickle cell anemia, are, despite their devastating impact on children and their families. Hope & Heroes works with the children from Sister Pat's in the clinic year-round and many of our campers participate in the walk.
Hope & Heroes funds the life-saving work on childhood cancer and blood disorders in the New York region including innovative research, support for families, and care that always puts children first. They are investing in medical research for tomorrow’s cures and helping make possible state-of-the-art clinical treatments today.
Funding from Hope & Heroes ensures that every child gets the very best care regardless of their ability to pay. But they can’t do this important work alone. They need support from people like me and YOU!
DONATE TODAY using the link and make a difference. If you’re as passionate as I am about ending childhood cancer, you can also join my team!
Thank you again. Together we will help children today and save lives tomorrow. Together, we can end childhood cancer and blood disorders.
